Snohomish Septic Help is a referral service for septic tank pumping, inspection, and repair in Snohomish County, Washington. We do not perform septic work, hold septic licences, or employ technicians. When you send a request, it goes to Scott, who runs this referral service. Scott is the person who will contact you about your request. What we collect: when you use the request form, we collect your name, phone number, service needed, and town or ZIP code. Email and message are optional. We also record the page you submitted from, which version of the site you saw, a request ID, and the exact consent text you agreed to, so we have a record of what you consented to. How we use it: we use your details only to respond to your request. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell them. Who sees it: only Scott sees your request. Your details are stored in a private Google Sheet, using Google Apps Script (Google LLC) to receive the form submission. No provider is currently assigned, and we will not share your details with any company without asking you first. If a provider is named later, we will ask for your separate consent before sharing your request with them, and we will name that provider when we ask. How long we keep it: we keep a request until you ask us to delete it, so we can follow up and keep a record of what was agreed. Deletion: to ask us to delete your request, email contact@snohomishseptichelp.com with your name, phone number, and the date you submitted the request. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Tracking: this site does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking. It does not store your details in your browser. Children: this site is for adults requesting help with a property. Please do not submit details about children. Changes: if this policy changes, we will update the date below.
